Our client is seeking a highly creative, trend-driven Social Content Creator to join their growing creative and marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of fashion, culture, social commerce, and performance marketing for a fast-growing eCommerce fashion brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging, high-impact content and has hands-on experience shooting, editing, and appearing on camera. This role will play a key part in shaping the brand’s social presence through compelling content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversion across multiple platforms. What You’ll Do: Content Creation & Execution Concept, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video and visual content. Produce weekly content aligned with campaign calendars, product launches, and brand initiatives. Capture lifestyle, product, and behind-the-scenes content on-site. Apply strong hooks, storytelling, and product positioning to maximize content performance. Social Media & Platform Optimization Create and adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest. Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes. Test creative formats, editing styles, and messaging to continuously improve performance. Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Influencer teams to execute campaigns and social initiatives. Contribute to content ideation, creative direction, and overall social strategy. Ensure content aligns with brand voice, visual identity, and performance goals. Performance & Optimization Track and analyze content KPIs, including engagement, views, click-through rates, thumb-stop rates, and conversions. Use performance insights to refine creative strategy and scale successful content. Iterate quickly based on analytics, campaign results, and team feedback. Confidently appear on camera for organic and paid social content. Represent the brand authentically across different content formats and platforms. Who You Are Highly creative with a strong understanding of fashion, social media, and emerging digital trends. Passionate about short-form video, storytelling, and creating content that resonates with audiences. Confident both behind and in front of the camera. Strong visual eye for styling, composition, and brand aesthetics. Comfortable balancing creative storytelling with performance-driven objectives. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site creative environment. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in social content creation, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce. Proven track record of producing high-performing short-form video content. Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social media trends. Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, and native platform editing tools.
