The Physical Therapy Assistant provides physical therapy services, including treatment, implementation, and documentation, under the direction of the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care. Minimum Requirements:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy Assistant experience preferred. Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age
