Key Experience Needed Full‑cycle Accounts Receivable & Collections Cash applications, reconciliations, and aging management Customer/vendor portal management Experience with invoicing/payment portals including: Holman, Fleetio, Element, Penske, and Auto Integrate Experience troubleshooting portal discrepancies, short pays, and billing issues ERP/accounting systems experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Construction, heavy equipment, industrial, fleet, or service industry experience is highly preferred This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working cross‑functionally, and helping improve processes in a high‑growth environment.
