America Division: Hydraulic Pump & Motors Division (HPMD) Location : USA KINGS MOUNTAIN NC Job Family : Human Resources Job Type : Regular Posted : Feb 17, 2026 Job ID : 63189 Job Responsibilities Directly or indirectly implements recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees Develops and manages relationships with staffing agencies Leads recruitment, selection, and offer extension for senior roles Directly or indirectly oversees performance management practices Manages succession planning and talent management cycle Monitors effectiveness of processes Conducts Talent Reviews Directly or indirectly oversees development and administration of local and corporate training offerings Monitors effectiveness of training and development Supports development of senior roles Manages all employee grievances and disciplinary processes Could liaise with unions or works councils Facilitates annual merit review cycle, ensuring appropriate allocation of variable compensation Liaises with group and corporate leadership compensation and benefit schemes Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of HR staff Qualifications Education: University Degree (or international equivalent); Advanced Degree Preferred Minimum Experience: 6 to 8+ Years Position subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements Parker is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
