A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to support K-12 students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position is based at a site near Canton, MI, easily accessible to professionals in the surrounding area. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated special education teams, empowering students to achieve their individualized goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan SLP license required
• Prior experience in K-12 settings preferred
• Candidates must be available onsite; remote/virtual options are not available
• Open to both full-time (37.5 hours/week) and part-time schedules
• SLP-CFs are not eligible for this opportunity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize caseloads efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and maintain documentation in compliance with school standards
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students with a variety of needs
• Support IEP planning and participate in IEP team meetings
• Actively communicate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
• Track student outcomes and provide progress reports
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and integrate new techniques as needed
