Job Summary: Lead and manage facilities infrastructure and capital projects in a healthcare environment. Oversee projects and teams to ensure safe efficient and compliant operations. Responsibilities: Manage capital projects and facility initiatives Lead and supervise MEP staff and daily work activities Develop project scope budgets and schedules Coordinate vendors contractors and internal teams Support bidding process and vendor selection Oversee construction and project execution Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Manage project documentation budgets and reporting Coordinate inspections permits and site requirements Support project closeout and documentation Qualifications: Bachelor degree in engineering or related field preferred 5 or more years facilities or infrastructure experience Project management experience in healthcare preferred Experience managing MEP staff or maintenance teams Strong knowledge of building systems and construction practices Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Strong communication and leadership skills Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 annually Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
