Office Technician (General)

Job Title
Under general supervision of a Supervisor I, the incumbent will provide clerical and administrative support for Personnel/Payroll Operations Managers, Payroll Officers, and staff in the Statewide Disability Program.
Duties
Duties Performed:
- Provide clerical expertise and support in handling the most difficult and complex clerical and administrative tasks within Statewide Disability. Audit, sort and log incoming digital mail for reporting purposes in the Statewide Disability Program.
- Process Payroll Irregularity notices for the Disability Program area. Log and email notices to the appropriate department or campus. Distribute incoming disability documents and memos to appropriate staff.
- Work and cross-train on special projects as needed.
- Maintain filing system of personnel/payroll documentation for historical and research purposes. Update and maintain weekly workload statistics.
