Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license valid in the state of Washington (Compact License accepted)
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting
• Ability to fulfill credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Commitment to a 13 to 26-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Familiarity with travel or contract-based clinical assignments
