Collaborate directly with partners, senior associates, and clients. Draft and negotiate complex corporate agreements. Engage in business development activities. Requirements Experience in complex corporate M&A transactions. Strong drafting and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic. Early-stage financing experience is a plus. Education JD from an ABA accredited law school. Certifications Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted. Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.
