The Terminal Manager supports a 24/7 operation with staffing working around the clock.* ## Responsible for the supervision, training, and performance of direct reports, including bulk drivers, mechanics, and office staff.* ## Supervises rolling stock maintenance and controls expenses through proper scheduling of preventative maintenance and coordination with 3rd party vendors.* ## Directly accountable for the recruitment and retention of drivers to ensure sufficient staffing levels and customer service excellence.* ## Promotes and develops safe work behaviors and coaching to reduce injuries and accidents; conducts required monthly safety meetings and accident investigations.* ## Develops and maintains a sustainable audit process for driver files, vehicle maintenance records, and shipping papers to ensure regulatory compliance.* ## Accountable for DOT Hours of Service compliance for all drivers at assigned terminals.* ## Drives continuous improvement across safety, customer service, and efficiency KPIs while ensuring maximum utilization of vehicles and equipment.## \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_## ## Are you a MATCH?**Required Qualifications*** High School Diploma or equivalent.* 4–6 years of operations management experience supervising a staff (in lieu of a degree).* 3+ years of Distribution or Logistics experience.* Must currently hold a valid US Driver’s License.* Proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and the ability to maintain electronic files.**Preferred Qualifications*** Bachelor’s Degree in a related field strongly preferred.* 5+ years of operations management experience supervising a staff.* Previous experience in the industrial and/or specialty gas business.* Experience with Bulk Transportation and fleet maintenance.* Strong mathematical abilities and knowledge of DOT/FDA regulatory requirements.\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_**Benefits**We care about and support our Airgas Families.
