Environmental Services Supervisor

100% FTE, full-time. Day shift - 40 hrs/week, 5 days, 8 hours. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.

We are currently seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to:

• Lead a high-impact team that helps shape the patient experience by ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the hospital while driving operational excellence and service quality.
• Grow your leadership career in a dynamic healthcare setting with direct responsibility for team development, staffing, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives that make a visible difference every day.
• Be a key operational partner collaborating with clinical and support teams to optimize workflows, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional outcomes for patients, visitors, and staff.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Required
• 3 years related experience. Required
• 2 years supervisory experience. Required
