Position: ER Physician Location: San Antonio-Brooks City Base, Texas Job Type: Full-Time Full-Time ER Physician - Join Our Dynamic Team at Complete Care As an ER Physician, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients with a variety of conditions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work collaboratively with nursing staff, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to provide timely and effective care. Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging) to guide treatment plans. Administer medications and perform procedures as needed in emergency situations. Provide clear, concise documentation of patient care in compliance with medical and regulatory guidelines. Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care. Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including specialists and primary care physicians, for ongoing patient care. Adhere to all medical protocols, quality standards, and patient safety guidelines. Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and critical thinking in emergency situations. What we’re looking for Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school. Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine. Current and valid state medical license. ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an emergency room setting. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Why Work with Us?
