Global TA Operations Director — Scale, Optimize & Automate

Moderna Therapeutics

Moderna seeks a Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations to lead and scale worldwide recruiting operations, optimize the RPO and contingent workforce partnerships, and drive data-driven improvements across processes and technology. You will establish governance, ensure compliance, and partner with Legal, HR and Finance to align priorities with business goals. The role requires extensive experience in TA operations, global leadership, and implementation of recruiting technology with a #J-18808-Ljbffr Moderna Therapeutics
