Do you thrive in a remote, fast-paced setting? Are you energized by outside sales and direct, territory-focused outreach? Can you translate technical HVAC knowledge into compelling value for customers—and then manage the relationship for the long haul? If so, you’ll feel right at home as our HVAC Solutions Account Executive.
Core Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation across defined territories.
- Support and expand existing accounts with customized HVAC solutions, ensuring satisfaction and upselling to maximize revenue.
- Run demos and technical sales presentations to educate clients on HVAC system capabilities, features, and advantages.
- Use CRM and sales management platforms to manage leads, record interactions, and analyze data to strengthen results.
- Negotiate agreements and close opportunities while maintaining strong, service-first customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing to deploy targeted campaigns that elevate brand visibility and create new pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to stay competitive in B2B channels.
