HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FORKLIFT OPERATOR IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This individual will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to load, unload, move, and stage materials while supporting daily warehouse operations and maintaining productivity and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $18.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision

• Located in Indianapolis, IN

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments

• Stage products for shipping and receiving

• Transport pallets and inventory to designated locations

• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns

• Maintain accurate inventory movement and organization

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred

• Forklift certification is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Reliable attendance and transportation required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to workplace safety
