We have a fantastic Leasing Consultant opportunity available! $1000 sign on bonus*

Locations Available:

• Bexley Stockyards - Nashville, TN (Germantown area)
• The Union - Nashville, TN (Nations area)

Leasing Consultant Pay: Hourly rates are competitive, starting at $21/hour - equivalent to $43,680 salary - and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (rotating schedule with your team)
• Sundays: Closed

What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our community and play an important role in helping people find a place they'll love to call home.

In this role, you'll:

• Welcome prospective residents and provide apartment tours
• Build relationships with current and future residents
• Help guide applicants through the leasing process
• Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with resident events and community marketing initiatives
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Work with your team to achieve leasing and customer service goals

No two days are exactly alike, making this a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding career.

What to Expect

This is an active, people-first role—not a desk job.

You'll spend your days:

• Touring apartments and walking the community
• Inspecting homes before move-in
• Meeting with residents and prospective residents
• Working both indoors and outdoors
• Collaborating with a high-performing team
• Occasionally assisting with resident events or weather-related community needs
