Business Development  Marketing Representative  Restoration Services SERVPRO of Woodcrest Team Lingurar

SERVPRO of Woodcrest Team Lingurar is looking for an outgoing, motivated professional who enjoys meeting people, building referral relationships, and turning those connections into new business.

We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and other property damage. This is a field-based role focused on building referral relationships, prospecting, and generating new business through in-person outreach and networking.

You’ll spend much of your time in the community, connecting with local professionals and helping make SERVPRO their trusted resource when property damage occurs.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain referral relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, facility managers, plumbers, contractors, real estate professionals, and business owners.

• Plan and complete daily outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, and follow-up meetings.

• Educate prospective clients and referral partners about our restoration services and ask for opportunities to earn their business.

• Represent SERVPRO at networking events, professional associations, community functions, and educational presentations.

• Follow up consistently with contacts and leads to develop active referral sources.

• Keep CRM records current, including contacts, outreach activity, opportunities, and next steps.

• Meet established activity and revenue goals and review territory results with management.

• Work closely with operations to communicate customer needs and support a smooth transition from referral to service delivery.

Success means building productive referral relationships, generating qualified opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Two or more years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a marketing role involving direct customer outreach.

• Confidence with introducing yourself to new contacts, prospecting, cold calling, and asking for business.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with local professionals.

• Consistent follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.

• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay accountable to goals.

• Comfort using CRM software, email, and Microsoft Office.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for business-related travel.

Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, real estate, or plumbing is preferred, but not required. We’re willing to train the right candidate in our services and industry.
