This is a great opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in physical therapy or healthcare—hands-on experience may help satisfy PT school application requirements.What You'll DoAs a Physical Therapy Aide, you'll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly while supporting both patients and clinicians. Responsibilities include:Preparing treatment areas and ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for useAssisting patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessionsMonitoring equipment and making adjustments as directed by clinical staffMaintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environmentPreparing hot and cold therapy modalitiesSupporting general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasksWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindsetHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPhysical stamina to remain active throughout the day, including lifting and assisting patients as neededFamiliarity with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines is a plusCompensation & BenefitsHourly rate: $16 per hourPart-time employees are eligible to accrue sick time in accordance with Massachusetts Paid Sick Leave LawYou'll be part of a collaborative, clinician-driven team that values growth, mentorship, and making a meaningful impact.
