Job OverviewA law firm seeks a motivated and dynamic Cyber and Data Privacy Attorney to join its national and international practice in Austin, Texas. The team provides litigation defense and breach response services, collaborating globally across 25 jurisdictions. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement. Duties Provide litigation defense for cyber insurers and major corporates. Engage in 24/7/365 breach response services. Collaborate with global teams on cyber matters. Develop litigation strategies and communicate with clients. Draft reports, pleadings, and motions. Participate in mediations and trials. Requirements Admitted and in good standing in the respective state. 3-6 years of federal litigation experience or 2-6 years of incident response work. Additional state admissions are a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the respective state. Skills Strong communication and client management skills.
