salary: $21 - $22 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate comprehensive background checks for tenant re-certifications, executing the final review to confirm program eligibility.
• Review lease agreements meticulously to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completion before finalizing execution.
• Prepare and process Form HUD-50058 accurately, coordinating with the Compliance Manager or senior leadership for quality control before electronic submission via Yardi Rightsources.
• Gather, evaluate, and verify tenant data for move-ins, interim transfers, and annual re-certifications to calculate accurate rent structures.
• Educate residents on rent calculation methodologies and provide hands-on assistance to help them successfully complete their re-certification paperwork.

• LIHTC (2 years of experience is required)
