Sales Closer Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | In-Office Guardian Tax is seeking experienced Sales Closers to join our growing Irvine team. We’re looking for confident, performance-driven sales professionals who excel in phone-based conversations, overcome objections with confidence, and consistently close high-value deals. This role is built for individuals who thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment and are motivated by strong earning potential. You’ll work exclusively with 100% warm inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns. No cold calling — just qualified opportunities, proven solutions, and the support needed to maximize your results. What You’ll Do Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions Conduct structured, consultative sales conversations Understand client situations and recommend the best available solutions Present options clearly and confidently Handle objections and guide conversations toward a close Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals Close deals in a high-volume, performance-driven environment Compensation & Benefits 15% commission on all closed deals Top performers earn $15,000–$24,000+ per month Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses Paid training and structured onboarding Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Ongoing coaching and professional development Why Join Guardian Tax?
