Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active SLPA license/certification, or eligibility to obtain one, in Minnesota
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred

• Comfort providing services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and IEP requirements

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language intervention services to students as prescribed by the supervising SLP
• Support the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to regular reporting on student development
• Participate actively in team meetings, collaborating with educators, therapists, and families
• Prepare materials, plan session activities, and model strategies to reinforce communication goals
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment, encouraging students in their communication journey
