responsibilities:

• Develop and scale up manufacturing processes, instruments, and equipment while conducting tests to ensure top-tier product quality.
• Plan, estimate time and costs, and oversee the construction and maintenance of manufacturing structures, facilities, and systems.
• Analyze and develop effective solutions for complex engineering problems related to equipment, systems, or root causes of component failures.
• Create, apply, and advise on best-in-class engineering standards and procedures across operations.
• Apply professional expertise and judgment to work independently with minimal supervision across operations, production, and maintenance environments.
