Bilingual French Customer Service Representative

Adecco is assisting a well-known client in recruiting for Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. These are long-term opportunities supporting national shareholder communications campaigns. Role Overview This position involves inbound and outbound calling in both English and French. Available Shifts Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm EST Mon - Thursday: 6pm - 11pm EST and Saturday: 12pm - 6pm EST Responsibilities Handle outbound and inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner, using a written call flow and responses. Manage calls within an acceptable time period, dictated by KPIs for Average Handle Time. Utilize Microsoft products such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. Training will be provided on proprietary Windows-based software. Meet all targets for Productivity, Quality, Attendance, and Code of Conduct. Requirements 6 months+ Customer Service or Call Center experience. Ability to follow a script. Quiet and secure work-from-home location. Must have a USB headset (not wireless), dual monitors, and a Windows-enabled computer (No Chromebooks). Internet requirements: At least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. Ability to handle a high volume of calls per day. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $21.00 per hour, plus overtime as needed. Weekly pay.
