Purpose

Supports the Enterprise Delivery Office by improving enterprise systems, business processes, project information management, automation, governance, and data quality. Acting as a liaison between business and technology teams, this role gathers requirements, supports solution delivery, optimizes platforms such as Deltek Vantagepoint and Smartsheet, and drives operational improvements through process redesign, automation, system integration, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Direction

• Serve as a trusted partner to Enterprise Delivery Office leadership in identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, governance, enterprise systems optimization, and delivery excellence.
• Promote standardization, scalability, governance, data quality, and reusability across enterprise systems, project information management practices, and business processes.
• Champion practical adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation technologies to improve delivery efficiency, reporting capabilities, documentation quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Support continuous improvement of Enterprise Delivery Office frameworks, methodologies, governance standards, portfolio reporting, and delivery practices.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications that create measurable business value.

At the Operational and Company Level

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, system limitations, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into documented functional requirements, business rules, workflows, user stories, process maps, and development specifications.
• Perform data analysis using enterprise reporting tools and basic SQL queries.
• Support administration and optimization of Smartsheet as the EDO's primary project information management platform.
• Develop and maintain Smartsheet sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, workflows, and templates.
• Lead business analysis and functional improvement efforts involving Deltek Vantagepoint and related enterprise systems.
• Analyze integration requirements and data flows between enterprise systems.
• Define and maintain functional data-governance requirements and coordinate user-access reviews and control testing.

Do the Work

• Serve as the functional lead for assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate testing, validation, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• Maintain requirements, decisions, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and action logs.
• Establish documentation standards and lead the development and quality review of business, process, system, and solution documentation.
• Support stakeholder adoption and organizational readiness activities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and develop business cases for automation, integration, and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field. Commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Five or more (5+) years of business systems, enterprise delivery, or a systems analyst role.
• Ability to write and interpret basic SQL queries.
• Experience with Smartsheet or comparable platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations is preferred.
• Exposure to Python, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar technologies preferred.
• Experience in the AEC industry or with project accounting is a plus.

Salary and eligible variable compensation (if any) commensurate with experience. Range $104,000 -$130,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
