Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Austin, TX. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates to fulfill company hiring needs. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, managing recruitment channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing goals. The Recruiter will also participate in fostering a positive candidate experience and supporting the organization’s talent acquisition strategy. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and collaboration. Proficiency in sourcing, recruitment, and talent acquisition strategies to identify top talent. Experience with screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates effectively. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring processes and tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment.
