This includes mixing paints and other solutions and monitoring drying to ensure desired results. This role is essential for achieving the desired aesthetic and protective qualities of our products. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of general work experience, with formal training in production painting being a plus. This is a full-time position.What You'll Be Working OnPainting Operations: Operating a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products. May paint by hand when needed.Paint Preparation: Mixing paints and other solutions.Finishing Processes: Completing finishing with baking, polishing, or other materials.Quality Control: Monitoring drying to ensure desired results.What You'll Bring to the TeamEducation: High school diploma or GED.Experience: 1+ years of general work experience with powder coatingPhysical Requirements: Requires lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs. Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily.
