Being a Real Estate Agent with Windermere Real Estate is an exceptional opportunity to elevate your real estate career. We are currently seeking experienced online converters. Join one of the few Zillow teams covering the Spokane and Northern Idaho Markets, selling approximately 200 homes per year. As a Real Estate Agent specializing in Zillow leads, you will manage and convert leads generated from the Zillow platform. Your responsibilities include working closely with buyers, nurturing relationships, and guiding them through the real estate process. Effective speak-to-lead skills are essential. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of the local real estate market and Zillow platform. Remember, the fortune is in the follow-up. Windermere Real Estate provides our agents with tools and resources for success, including ongoing training, marketing support, and a collaborative team environment. Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If not licensed, consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount. Must be licensed in Idaho and Washington or interested in dual licensing.
