As a Marketing Specialist/Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting and shaping strategic marketing initiatives that drive firmwide growth and brand awareness. What You'll Do

Support Strategic Initiatives

• Assist with the development and execution of annual marketing plans that align with firmwide goals
• Contribute to segment- or industry-specific marketing strategies by providing research, insights, and recommendations

Coordinate Content & Campaigns

• Execute multi-channel campaigns and manage content development to drive engagement and awareness
• Partner with demand generation and digital teams to ensure campaigns align to priority audiences and business goals

Support Segment Targeting & Insights

• Assist in identifying and refining target audiences, industries, and priority accounts
• Support development of ideal customer profiles (ICPs) through research and data analysis
• Analyze campaign and CRM data to identify trends across segments and industries

Analyze & Report

• Track KPIs, measure campaign success, and provide actionable insights through data analysis
• Identify performance patterns and highlight opportunities to improve targeting, messaging, or channel mix

Research & Identify Growth Opportunities

• Stay ahead of market trends, hot topics, and competitive landscapes
• Proactively surface opportunities within key industries, service lines, or client segments
• Support exploration of new markets, audiences, or campaign approaches

Collaborate for Success

• Support the sales team with resources, tools, and content aligned to priority audiences
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and subject matter professionals to align efforts
• Help translate frontline feedback into marketing insights and campaign improvements

Plan Impactful Events

• Organize conferences, trade shows, and events while ensuring alignment with target audiences and strategic priorities

Drive Special Projects

• Contribute to high-impact initiatives that support marketing innovation, growth strategy, or process improvement

What You Bring

• A foundational understanding of marketing principles and a strong interest in growing strategic marketing capabilities
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset with an interest in using data to inform decisions
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to connect dots, apply sound judgment, and proactively identify solutions to move work forward
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A continuous learning mindset and enthusiasm for evolving from execution into strategy

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience (agency and/or B2B experience in professional services preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and similar tools
• Familiarity with martech tools, CRM systems, and project management software (experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, Jasper, HubSpot, SharePoint is a plus).
• Industry experience in the public sector, healthcare, or financial services is a plus.
