Base Salary: $50,000 + Uncapped Commission OTE: $50,000 - $150,000+ Auto Allowance | Full Benefits | Career Growth

Superb Flooring & Design is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to generate new business and develop long-term customer relationships throughout Southeast Michigan.

This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, territory development, relationship building, and full-cycle sales. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, identifying opportunities, visiting job sites, and closing deals.

While flooring experience is a plus, we are also interested in professionals from construction, building materials, home improvement, contractor services, property management, and related industries.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities throughout Southeast Michigan
• Prospect builders, contractors, developers, property managers, designers, and commercial clients
• Conduct cold calls, job-site visits, networking activities, and customer meetings
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and pricing recommendations
• Develop long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
• Represent the company professionally at industry and networking events

What We're Looking For

• Experience in outside sales, business development, construction sales, home improvement sales, or a related field
• Proven ability to generate new business independently
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and field sales activities
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to travel throughout Southeast Michigan

Preferred Qualifications

• Flooring sales experience
• Construction, building materials, home improvement, or contractor sales experience
• Estimating experience
• Experience selling to builders, contractors, developers, or property managers
• Familiarity with hardwood, tile, laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), carpet, or related products
• Experience managing both B2B and residential customers

Compensation & Benefits
