Senior Product Manager - AI

Job Summary Senior Product Manager for AI at GE Vernova. In this role you will partner with across GE Vernova and the AI Portfolio Manager to identify, prioritize and build AI products that deliver value through the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) framework. Responsibilities Product ownership and development: collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and execute product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives. Roadmap input: work with the Portfolio Manager to shape product roadmaps. Technical collaboration: partner with data scientists, IT, and designers to develop robust AI solutions, ensuring technical rigor and risk mitigation. User experience: design and deliver exceptional AI‑driven user experiences. Cross‑business coordination: support AI application coordination to drive improvements across Verkova. Data‑driven decision making: use analytics to measure product performance and define metrics and KPIs. Post‑launch support: monitor product performance, collect feedback, and iterate on features. Third‑party solutions: oversee integration of third‑party AI products and determine technology fit. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of relevant professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Business acumen: ability to integrate business strategy with technical initiatives. Leadership: proven leadership in managing cross‑functional teams and projects. Communication skills: clear presentation and communication abilities for diverse stakeholders, including C‑Suite. Experience building and deploying AI applications. Problem‑solving skills: analytical capabilities to identify and resolve risks and challenges. Technical proficiency and data‑driven mindset. Eligibility & Relocation Must be willing to work out of an office located in Niskayuna, NY or Cambridge, MA. For Cambridge, MA based resources: required three‑month hybrid onboarding residency at the GE Vernova Advanced Research Center in Niskayuna, NY with travel, housing and living stipend provided. Relocation assistance provided: Yes. Compensation Salary range: $113,200.00 to $188,800.00 (geographically differential may apply). Discretionary annual bonus eligibility.
