Sr. Technical Project Manager - ECG Management

Staff Technical Project Manager for ECG Management in Digital Cardiology, responsible for monitoring product quality, managing customer escalations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to support an installed customer base. The role requires strong program management expertise and technical troubleshooting experience within regulated healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting to leadership
- Track product quality, own customer escalations, and coordinate engineering resolutions
- Monitor design change progress and manage project risks and scope changes
- Coordinate with regulatory affairs and program managers on country change notifications
- Interface with customers and teams across multiple regions and countries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or high school diploma with 10+ years product quality experience
- Minimum 6 years in engineering product team environment
- Minimum 5 years technical troubleshooting with customer digital healthcare systems
- Experience defining program requirements and aligning with business objectives
- Legal authorization to work in U.S.; no visa sponsorship available
- Hybrid work commitment: three days per week on-site in Waukesha, Wisconsin
Compensation: $105,600–$158,400 base annual
