QA Technician

QA TechnicianSpring Glen Fresh Foods is currently seeking a Quality Control Technician on first shift.Starting at: $16.50This position will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of manufacturing to carry out the specific job duties: Performing accurate analytical tests at specific intervals to assess the quality of raw materials, products and adequacy of packaging. Identifies and communicates any problems. Closely monitors products during the times corrective steps are being taken, retesting the product to determine its acceptability. Placing products on hold which are substandard and require management to determine their disposition. Checks product to be reworked is handled properly and or disposed of if necessary. Monitor sanitation and product hazards present on the production lines and in the storage areas. Complete and maintain accurate reports as required.
