Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Required Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey SLP license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Preferred experience working in school-based environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with speech and language assessments, IEP processes, and progress reporting
• Flexibility to work with varied age groups, including elementary, middle, and high school students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy for students identified with speech or language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct therapy services to address articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and other communication needs
• Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success and generalize skills to classroom environments
• Monitor progress, update documentation, and participate in meetings as required
• Adapt therapy plans to meet students’ needs across diverse school settings
