Set the Stage Pre-Op: Confirm cases, meet patients, walk them through procedures, gather documentation, and coordinate closely with OR staff. Deliver in the OR: Support patient positioning, maintain a sterile field, anticipate the surgeon's next move, and work in sync with the surgical team. Follow Through Post-Op: Assist with patient transfer, deliver thorough PACU handoffs, and complete documentation with precision. Qualifications What You Bring Experience: At least 2 years of surgical assisting experience Hands-on experience assisting in Ortho, Spine, General, GYN, and Robotics Spine experience is a plus Education & Credentials: Strong technical skills in the operating room Graduate of an Accredited program- PA/NP/CSFA Ability to acquire MN state license What Sets You Apart: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different personalities and needs A customer-service mindset Confidence to work independently and autonomously Physical Requirements: Able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation, including: Ability to lift, sit, stand, or squat Constant seeing, hearing, and speaking Frequent lifting up to 20+ lbs., plus bending, reaching, standing, walking, and kneeling Ready to Elevate Your Career?
