Job Description
Title: ICU RN - Critical Care

Schedule: Nights/Rotating

Assignment Details:
Contract Weeks: 13
Guaranteed Hours: 80 hours every 2 weeks

Requirements:
- Current RN license
- Experience in an ICU/CCU setting
- Emergency room experience recommended

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized, age-appropriate care to a diverse patient population in the ICU/CCU.
- Coordinate patient care for surgical patients or those with serious respiratory and/or cardiac conditions.
- Maintain patient ratio of 1:2, with additional support as needed based on acuity.
- Float to various departments such as OB, MS, PACU, and ER as per competency level.
- Complete orientation and competency binder as directed.

Compliance / Notes:
- Must work any shifts; no exceptions.
- Holiday pay is based on hours worked on specific holidays.
- Orientation through HR followed by unit orientation.
