Asset Living
Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will lead on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines. As the on-site leader you will develop annual budgets, monitor rent collections, supervise maintenance, and implement resident retention programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Living
