AMiche Talent Connect is partnering with a growing land development firm in the search for a driven Land Acquisition Manager who can identify new opportunities, build a strong acquisition pipeline, and lead deals from initial contact through closing. What You’ll Do Source residential land opportunities throughout Houston and other major Texas markets, with a strong focus on relationship-driven and privately sourced opportunities. Build relationships from the ground up with landowners, brokers, builders, consultants, and other industry partners. Turn “not interested” into “let’s talk” through persistence, credibility, and a consultative approach. Manage opportunities from initial evaluation through negotiations, due diligence, approvals, and closing. Evaluate deal economics, market potential, development considerations, and risk. Develop creative solutions and transaction structures to move promising opportunities forward. Coordinate with legal, finance, engineering, development, and external partners. Provide clear updates and recommendations while keeping deals progressing. Maintain an active presence within the land development and homebuilding community. Who We’re Looking For Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or a closely related field. A true self-starter who takes ownership and follows through. An experienced land acquisition professional who understands the market and is eager to continue learning. A persuasive relationship builder who can create opportunities where others may not see them. A skilled negotiator and dealmaker with strong business judgment.
