Land Development Manager

We are partnering with a Residential Land Developer that is growing in Houston. They are looking for an experienced Land Development Manager to hit the ground running. Responsibilities: Coordinating the successful development of properties in alignment with business objectives, project timelines, and financial goals Understand all phases of the land development process, including project sequencing, municipal coordination, infrastructure development, budgeting, and consultant management Planning and entitlement process in which the company operates, identifying and addressing requirements necessary to secure development and building permits Manage and oversee all phases of development planning Coordinate and secure approvals for subdivision plans, development agreements, reimbursement agreements, and landscape plans Benefits information: Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
