Business Development Manager

On behalf of our client we are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand their client portfolio. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in hard facilities management. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities across a range of sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract award. Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders, and presentations. Negotiate commercial agreements and achieve revenue targets. Work closely with operational teams to ensure service solutions meet client requirements. Maintain market awareness and identify emerging opportunities. Keep CRM systems up to date and provide accurate pipeline reporting. About You Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management. Strong track record of winning new business and building client relationships. Proven experience within facilities management, including a strong understanding of Hard FM services such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, building maintenance, compliance, and asset management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel. Experience within facilities management, property services, maintenance, or construction is advantageous.
