(30%)* Serves as a resource person in dealing with complex or complicated patients. Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care. (30%)* Facilitates patient flow, identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care, ensures resources are utilized appropriately and in a cost effective manner. (20%)* Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures of the facility and with all regulatory requirements. (20%)QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum* 3 years recent nursing experience* Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate* Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate* Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate* CPR – American Heart Association* Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).Preferred* BSN* Previous management experience***Disclaimer:*** *The job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential duties and responsibilities of work performed by employees within this job title.
