Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.73 - $19.73 / Hour Job Schedule Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a technology‑focused environment. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, assist with visitor and delivery processing, and support badge or credential verification in accordance with location protocols. Communicate with site contacts, employees, guests, and/or first responders as needed to support orderly operations and timely response to security‑related matters. Minimum Requirements Be 21+ years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
