Workplace Solutions is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional to support meeting and event operations at McDonald's Headquarters. This role is responsible for coordinating meeting and event requests, managing event logistics, supporting workplace systems and services, and serving as a key point of contact for employees navigating workplace-related needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, provides exceptional customer service, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while partnering with stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities

Meeting & Event Coordination Coordinate meeting and event requests for the MHQ Conference Center, Event Spaces, and other workplace venues. Manage event logistics, including room assignments, setup requirements, technology needs, catering coordination, and space utilization. Partner with event hosts and stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of meetings and events. Support workplace and event operations by proactively identifying and resolving issues. Workplace Support Provide front-line support to employees regarding workplace facilities, services, workplace experience, and company guidelines. Serve as a trusted resource for workplace-related inquiries and requests. Assist with conference room reservations, workspace navigation, and facility-related concerns. Technology & Systems Support Provide first-level support for Workplace Solutions platforms and services, including Room Finder and EMS (Event Management System). Troubleshoot user issues, answer system-related questions, and escalate complex concerns when appropriate. Support user adoption and effective utilization of workplace technology tools. Request Management & Triage Receive, assess, and triage workplace and facilities-related requests. Coordinate with Workplace Solutions, Facilities, Technology, Security, and other McDonald's teams to ensure timely resolution of employee requests. Monitor and track requests to ensure a positive customer experience and service-level expectations are met. Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Experience with booking and coordinating meetings, events, workplace services, or facilities-related activities preferred. Experience with room reservation, workplace management, or event planning systems is a plus. Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $27.03 - $33.79 per year
