Business Systems Coordinator

To support internal teams and practices, the remote Business Systems Coordinator will manage project logistics, communications, and documentation while assisting with vendor technology implementations and practice management software conversions. Key responsibilities Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and documentation across Business Systems initiatives Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture meeting notes and action items Triage shared inbox items and maintain standard operating procedures and shared documentation Required qualifications 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or operations Experience with Microsoft Office tools and project management software like Monday.com Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
