Weiss Air Conditioning & Plumbing is growing and looking to add an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to our team. If you have at least 2 years of residential HVAC experience , strong diagnostic skills, and enjoy helping customers solve comfort issues, we would like to meet you.

We are a locally owned company serving Montgomery, Conroe, The Woodlands, Magnolia, and surrounding communities , and we take pride in providing honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and reliable service.

What You Will Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform seasonal maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and repair options
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every call
• Complete work orders and documentation using company field software
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and professional appearance
• Follow company safety standards and service procedures

What You’ll Bring

• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• Active TDLR License (Required)
• 2+ Years of Residential HVAC Experience
• Valid Driver’s License with at least 5 years of driving history
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional attitude and team-player mindset
