As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, leading and developing team members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and uphold high standards of service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Lead by example to provide outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming, customer-focused atmosphere.
- Train, mentor, and support staff to encourage professional growth and maintain a motivated team.
- Ensure rigorous standards of cleanliness and safety, complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational goals and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic, and sense of personal responsibility.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to respond quickly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of 45 hours per week across a 5-day work week.
- Willingness to work at any of the 10 Central Ohio locations as needed.
