What You'll Be DoingAs an Office Assistant/Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while contributing to our sales efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Sales Support : Engage with customers, build relationships, and help drive sales with your knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Data Management : Accurately handle office data entry and maintain organized records.
- QuickBooks Expertise : Utilize your QuickBooks knowledge to assist with financial tasks and reporting.
- Coffee Enthusiast : Share your love and knowledge of coffee to connect with clients and enhance their experience.
- General Office Duties : Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a sales or office-related role.
- Sales Savvy : A proven history in sales and the ability to connect with customers.
- Tech Skills : Proficiency in QuickBooks and general office software.
- Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Coffee Knowledge : A genuine love for coffee and the ability to share your expertise.
