- Assist with processing employee payroll
- Enter and verify employee hours and payroll information
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Assist with payroll questions and corrections
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties
- Answer phones and assist customers professionally
- Assist with invoices, records, and office paperwork
- Previous payroll or office experience preferred
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and confidential information
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Dependable and able to work independently
