Strong leadership skills with a reputation as a trusted, approachable role model. Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a commitment to doing the right thing. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable transportation and ability to work long/irregular shifts when required. Physical ability to meet restaurant demands: standing, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, sweeping, mopping, and working in varied temperatures.Must be 18 years old.High School Diploma (preferred)Some college or restaurant management coursework (preferred).1 year of supervisory experience in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant or other combinations of education and experience may be considered.Valid driver's license.
