Colleague Health Manager

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Colleague Health Manager to lead employee health programs across our healthcare network. In this role, you will design and manage occupational health, infection prevention, vaccination, and wellness initiatives that keep our colleagues safe and healthy. You will oversee clinical protocols, regulatory compliance, case management, and return‑to‑work processes, while partnering with HR, Safety, and clinical leadership. This position requires strong clinical judgment, analytical skills, experience in occupational or employee health, and a passion for fostering a culture of safety, wellbeing, and inclusion.
